50h ALIGN & FLOW TEACHER TRAINING 15.-21.05.2023 MALLORCA AMERICAN YOGA ALLIANCE (AYA) CERTIFIED Be part of the first 50h Inside Align & Flow Training ever. If you’re already a yoga teacher & passionate Inside Flow lover or teacher and want to refresh or build your knowledge about Inside Yoga this training is for you. The training focusses on Inside Yoga alignment techniques to flow more elegantly and healthy. Get to know more about the essence of Inside Flow and the science behind it. Inside Yoga is a progressive type of yoga based on the current state of science and designed for modern people. We focus on regularly updated and science-based understanding of the human body.
