Cancellation due to Sickness

 

Cancelling a training / workshop / event without cause shall be possible up to 4 (four) weeks prior to the start of the training / workshop / event, less handling charges of 20 %. In case of sickness or accident, amounts paid to cover any training / workshop / event costs will only be reimbursed upon submission of a doctor’s certificate less 20 % handling charges no later than in time BEFORE the commencement of training / workshop / event.  The cancellation must be made in writing addressed to info@soyoma.de and must be received by the addressee BEFORE the training / workshop / event commences. Cancellations that are made once the training has started can no longer be considered. Registration is binding and in case of no-show or unexcused absence, any amounts already paid to cover training / workshop / event costs shall not be reimbursed. Should anybody drop out of training resp. leave the event prematurely due to sickness, they shall be able to continue the training / workshop / event in the following year or at a newly scheduled date.   

Cancellations due to Force Majeure

 

In case of Force Majeure (this includes natural disasters or pandemics, which are outside our sphere of influence) we shall be able to postpone the training / workshop / retreat as a one-off action to a new date within a reasonable period of time.  In case the training / workshop / retreat cannot be held within a reasonable period of time, the training / workshop / retreat may be cancelled and costs will be refunded, less handling charges of up to 10 %.   As an alternative we will issue a voucher in the amount paid, which can be credited towards any other training / workshop / event within the following 24 months.
